Life events can challenge our emotional health
Most people can recall challenging times in their life both physically and emotionally.
When we have physical aches and pains, we’re feeling a bit “off balance” or under the weather, we seek out the appropriate (medical) professional help. The same applies for mental health and well being.
Immediate support maybe required to get you through a challenging time or situation. Therapy can be short-term relating to a specific event or time in your life. However, longer term therapy may also be required in some situations.
I have many years’ experience helping people with issues such as; trauma, PTSD, relationship challenges, work place change, anxiety, self-esteem, depression, stress relief, confidence, life stage transition, disordered eating, weight management, body esteem and wellness coaching.
